IMPORTANT CONFERENCE LOGISTICS
DATE & TIME:
Registration for Friday, January 26th, 2018, will begin at 8:00AM EST and close 9:00 AM EST. The first session of the day begins promptly at 9:00 AM EST and the last session of the day ends promptly at 6:15 PM.
Registration for Saturday, January 27th, 2018, will begin at 7:30 AM EST and closes 8:00 AM EST. The first session of the day begins promptly at 8:00 AM EST and the last session of the day ends promptly at 3:00 PM EST.

From the Check-In Location you will be directed to the Conference Center which is a 1 minute walk away.

There are two entrances to Lerner Hall. Please use the entrance on the campus side of the building, there will be signs and volunteers to direct you.
WHAT TO BRING:
All attendees should bring a form of ID to check-in at the registration desk. We recommend bringing a notepad and pen as well!

1. The printable agenda and digital event booklet with speaker bios will be released January 10th, 2018. Check back here for links to both resources.
If you cannot print, no worries all of the documents are mobile friendly and can be accessed on your phone.
Due to high demand, all attendees are encouraged to check-in on time during the day’s registration window. Once a session begins, late arrivals will have to wait until there is a break or transition to enter. Furthermore, some interest-specific panels throughout the weekend require you to register for them when you arrive at check-in. Due to limited space, those sessions will be filled on a rolling basis. So the earlier you arrive the better! To see the registration window for each day, go to the printable conference agenda (to be released January 10, 2018).

WHAT TO BRING:
Everyone is expected to bring a form of ID. Please keep in mind this is a fundraising event, we will be hosting a raffle with over 10 prizes. You can purchase raffle tickets throughout the night with cash or using venmo/cash app/etc. So please come with intentions of participating!
Black Tie. This year’s theme is Masquerade! Don’t have a mask? No worries, we will have some at the door.
